JN Series Cross Flow Rectangular Cooling Tower

1.Cooling capacity of single cell ranges from 100cbm/h to 800cbm/h, relevant 
refrigeration ton is from 150RT to 1180RT.
2.Jinling JN series obtains advantages of other cross flow cooling tower. Besides,
it is unique on motor and fan application, as well as water sound treatment.
3.Use high quality motor and newly developed al-alloy fan with large chord radian,
low rotating speed, large air flow as well as super low noise operation. Our patent
design on hot water basin cover, water inlet voltage regulation and silencer
as well as  honeycombed louver enable JN series cooling tower 5dB(A) lower on
measured operating noise than other cooling towers at the same class, based on
international testing level. 
4.Use imported NSK or NTN bearing, which has long service life and less maintenance.
Use Samsung, Japan V-belt with high intensity, abrasion resistance and long service
life. If customer require specifically, Jinling patent auto insert lubrication device
outside reducer will be applied.
5.JN fill is the newest development and testing result of Korea engineer. The PVC
fill is vacuum injection molded, which can resist ultraviolet radiation and chemic
rust. The largest piece can reach 2400mm x 1250mm. After installed, the fill has
such advantages as good rigidity, low windage resistance and remarkable thermal
performance.
6.Steel structure is made up by angle iron and channel steel of excellent quality.
So the structure is of high intensity and long service life. All the steel structure
is strictly hot dip-galvanized, so that it is anti-rust and will extend the
service life of cooling tower. The embalmment of steel structure obeys British standard
- BS ENISO1461:1999. 
7.JN series cooling tower has larger space for maintenance and operation.

of JN series cooling tower.
