JFC Series Closed Type Counter Flow Cooling Tower

Jinling JFC closed cooling tower is developed in University of Shanghai for Science
and Technology (USST)-JINLING Joint R&D Center for cooling equipment. 

The core part of JFC closed cooling tower is an enhanced heat transfer module-combination
of filling and coil pipe. The enhanced heat transfer module adopts the
mode of water spray filling combined with coil pipe to strengthen cooling performance.


The form of coil pipe and filling in the module is relevant to airflow direction,
intraductal cycle fluid direction and obliquity, which correspond with the velocity,
concentration and temperature "Tri-field Synergy Principle" for enhanced heat
transfer. This technique of JFC closed cooling tower is favorable for production
craftwork, organization, operational guidance and maintenance because according
to the mechanism of heat transfer and mass transfer it adopts the structure
which improves heat exchange performance, reduces metal cost and minishes ventilation
resistance. 

The patent of invention of core part-enhanced heat transfer module (Patent No. 200710038483.4)
and the patent of utility of JFC closed cooling tower (Patent No.
200720068198.2) are accepted and legally protected by State Intellectual Property
Office of P.R.C 

Jinling JFC series counter flow closed cooling tower has incomparable advantages
on thermal performance, energy consumption, noise level as well as cost performance.
