1. Cooling capacity for one cell is from 800 to 4500m³/H, relevant refrigerationton is from 1180 to 6640. Several cells can be fixed together.2. Body frame: A. JBNG series: made up by steel bar, round and square steel pipe. All componentsare hot dip galvanized or handled with other special embalmment. Thus it isanticorrosion and high intensity. This steel structural framework is stable to standtyphoon of 12th degree and earthquake measuring 7.0 on the Richter Scale. The towerflat can bear pressure bigger than 200 kgf/m². B. JBNS series: made up by reinforced, cement and concrete. The whole structureis featured by stability, low vibration, anticorrosion, and long service life. Supportand casing components are hot dip galvanized or handled with other specialembalmment.3. Casing: made of reinforced compound material. The body surface is imported colorizedgel-coat surface, which contains ultraviolet radiation absorbefacient. Asa result, its surface is smooth and clean, corrosion-free as well as antiultraviolet.This kind of surface will bear aging and fading. Customer may select the color freely.4. Drive system: use horizontal shaft drive gear reducer. For easier maintenance,motor is fixed outside fan stack while oil ruler outside fan stack. All the motors,fans, reducers are from most well-know manufacturers in China. Standard motor isof single speed, but if customer requires specifically, we can also provide doubleor three-speed motor. As to fan and reducer, we can customer selected brandor use imported ones.5. Distribution system: use distribution pipe fixed with advanced gravitational nozzlein the world. It may work at low water supplier pressure, sprinkle water equally,and never jam.6. Sprinkling fill: use high efficient PVC fill. The piece mould is tested by authoritydepartment, compared to other fill, it has such advantages as larger surface,small air resistance, good hydrophile, large heat transfer coefficient, firm assembly,never jam, easily to clean, good fire resistance and bearing aging. The fillcan work at high temperature from 35^oC to 65^oC.7. Eliminator and louver: use national advanced special three-dimensional eliminator,impact of which is rather remarkable, with drift loss of less than 0.005 percent.Fan stack is made by high strength composite, kinetic energy of which can be reclaimed.Thus air flow distribution in the cooling tower is rational. And JBNG seriescooling tower has following advantages as high efficiency, light weight, anti-corrosion,large kinetic energy reclaim data, high intensity, large wind load(wind load larger than 100 kgf/m²)8. Guarantee of cooling capacity: designed strictly on GB 7190.2-1997 and advanceddesign idea in the world; tested in Jinling Thermal Performance Test Lab, whichis built on CTI standard.
